Placing an Order Online

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our on-line shopping system. and is the fastest way to have our products shipped to you!

To order, select an item and click the "Add to Cart" button. Your items will appear in your shopping cart. The available shipping options and rates will also appear below your shopping cart.

At the completion of your order, an Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout.

Follow these three easy steps to order:
1. Choose the product(s) you want to order by placing the item(s) into your shopping cart then indicate the quantity for each.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday during normal business hours. Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed. Generally we ship within one to two business days once your order has been processed.

Do you offer warranties?

If an item has a manufacturer's warranty as being free from defects we will exchange only. If the item has been used and you are requesting warranty work, this may take up to 30 days as warranty work is done by the manufacturer, NOT B&S Kustoms. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
